I can't get the portal to work again

I can't get the portal to work again. i have talked to everyone and not able to open the portal any clues or help

once you fight the king and get the krystal off his head you are told to go to the fire walls to get a heart.
i went to the chamber where the portal was and went all over it and it did not work so i went back to the
thrown room and spoke with everyone but it still did not work what do i need to do

You have to wear the special armor to go through the portal.

i am wearing the special armour and its still not opening the portal

You need an obsidian disc [artifact].
Talk to veryone.

I really don't know. Have you talked to the dwarven Prince and the priest as well ?
