49/50 Achivements....

So I have 49/50 Achivements on this game and all I need is the treasure in the 'Creek bay' The fishing guy isn't there baaah. Anyway I know this is due to a bug on the game. So I'm just wondering if anyone has completed this game on 360 with 50/50 achivements. Or is it physically impossible at the moment? If it is can someone let me know how to get the Fisherman to appear? Thanks alot

you have to go back through the water gate way and have the fisherman take you back to creek bay.
