Moorbridge Quest Bug?

Okay... so... I'm in the Moorbridge Marshes, having completed all of the available sidequests there and trying to complete A Magician's Worries. The problem with this is I need to tell Rakorium that I've killed the Necromancer and get the quest for collecting ingredients... but I can't talk to him. At all.

Everytime I click on him the speech bubble icon appears next to my character portrait briefly then disappears without anything happening.

Has anyone else encountered this bug and/or have a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(This is the Steam/UK version by the way, if that helps.)

Some conversations in the game come avaiable via ground-trigger,

perhaps you stand too far away from Rakorium to start a conversation.
