Confused. Is Memento Mori coming again to N.A.

Okay I know if I were to go to Amazon.com right now I can find Memento Mori from "Got Games"; it was released on July 29th 2009. (for North America)

However I recently visited yougamers.com and it says that Memento Mori from Mamba Games is coming out February 12th 2010.

Whats going on? Is it the same? Is it more gameplay/features?

Hello,

it's 100% the same game, but for different territories:
GotGame released Memento Mori for North America, Mamba for UK and English speaking territories.
