Does this game have English subtitles?

I know that this game does have English voice acting. However, since Gray Matter is a very low-profile game made by a German developer so obscure that they don't even have their own Wikipedia article, I'm guessing that the English voice acting might be atrocious. So I'd rather play the game with German dubs and English subs. Does the game have that?

the english voice acting is quite good, especially the one of the male protagonist.

but just in case you need them, there are English subs

Yes it has English subtitles and i like to play with it enabled, not bcoz i dislike something but just like that game has subs and as i am not in good with hearing English speak, so i woud like to read all the texts.

You're wrong in more than one aspect...

First the publisher and not the developer is german.
The german publisher is DTP and the french developer is Wizarbox.

Jane Jensen the game designer and story writer of Gray Matter (and Gabriel Knight in the past) has personally observed the english voice recording which was done in London. You can read about it at Jane Jensons blog: Link

So whatever you think about the publisher/developer, they took the english localization seriously and invested quite some time and money to do it right.

I must say that english voice acting is really good, I rate it very high.

Overall the voice acting is good. Particularly with the performance of Dr. styles.
